Phase Two of Memorial Terrace To Begin

Tenders have now gone out for contractors to build the 33-unit Phase 2 of Enderby’s Memorial Terrace supportive seniors complex.

The City of Enderby is also transferring title of an adjacent “closed road” property to the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation so the development can meet density and open space zoning guidelines.

Some two thirds of the units in the complex have already been spoken for outlining the need for more supportive seniors housing in Enderby.
