Ministry Sets Water Meeting
Feb 10, 2017 | 12:10 PM
There will be a public meeting in Spallumcheen March 3rd to update residents of the Hullcar Valley on the issue of high nitrate levels in their drinking water.
The Ministry of Environment is holding the meeting to outline it’s Action Plan to deal with the problem.
No location or time has been announced yet, but the Ministry will be taking public feedback at it
The meeting could become rather heated since many residents remain upset that nothing has been done in their view since high levels were detected in 2014.
