Penalties Bite Snakes

Tough loss for the Vipers at home last night to the Surrey Eagles. Penalties hurt the Snakes as the Eagles scored 3 of their 5 goals with the man advantage.
The Vipers hit the road to Trail today for a 3 o’clock tilt with the Smokies. We’ll have BDM Motorsports Vipers play by play beginning with the pre-game show at 2:45.
In KIJHL action the North Okanagan Knights took it on the chin losing 10-3 at Hundred Mile House.
In the WHL the Kelowna Rockets got some revenge after losing Friday night to the Portland Winter Hawks downing them 7-2 last night at Prospera. Carson Twynarski notched the hat trick for the Rockets, good enough for First Star.
