A water quality advisory affecting some homes in Vernon’s Okanagan Landing has been lifted.
“Greater Vernon Water, in conjunction with Interior Health Authority has rescinded the water quality advisory for customers supplied by the Delcliffe Water Utility,” says an RDNO release. “The area impacted included Delcliffe Road and Cameron Road. The water is supplied to these areas by Delcliffe Water System in partnership with GVW.
The agency says turbidity levels have returned to normal (less than 1 NTU), and monitoring has shown the water supply has returned to a good rating.
Customers are being informed via road signs, the RDNO website, and a media release.
