Damaged Road Closed

The City of Vernon has closed off part of Okanagan Avenue from the 62-hundred block (6215) to Longacre Drive due to road cracks caused by frost heaves.

Traffic from Fulton Rd to the impacted area will be open for local residents only.

“We ask that the traveling public be patient, slow down, obey all traffic control and plan accordingly for extended travel time,” says a city news release.
