No injuries after truck slid into ditch outside Salmon Arm Wednesday night

No one was injured after a semi truck wound up in a ditch in the area of 109 Forest Service Road and the Trans Canada Highway Wednesday night.

Salmon Arm RCMP attended the scene at approximately 9:20 p.m. after being called by Provincial Ambulance to attend a single vehicle collision.

Sgt. Scott West stated that the semi truck was west bound and slid off the snow covered road.

The truck came to a rest in the west bound ditch, but the trailer of the truck remained partially on the road, blocking traffic.
