Two people were arrested after a month long police investigation into an alleged Dial A Dope drug trafficking operation in West Kelowna.

A search warrant was used on a home in the Mt. Boucherie area Wednesday.

“In total police seized over 350 grams of suspect methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl combined, a variety of over 940 suspected illicit pills, over $4,600 in cash, a loaded .38 calibre handgun and a SKS rifle,” says RCMP Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey.

A 38 year old man and 30 year old woman are facing drug and firearms related charges.

They have been released from custody and are expected to appear in court on a future date.

“Our investigators believe that the drug dial a dope operation spanned from throughout the Okanagan, from Kelowna to Penticton,” adds O’Donaghey.
