Dust Advisory for Greater Vernon Over

The dust advisory for the Greater Vernon area has ended.

Coarse particulate concentrations have decreased and currently sit below advisory levels.

The latest readings show 9.9 micrograms per cubic metre, significantly down from the 41.5 per cubic metre the past 24 hours.

This latest advisory was the third this winter for our area with road traction materials stirred up by vehicles causing the problem.
