Coldstream tax exemption submissions due July 31  

Non-profits in Coldstream have until the end of the month to have their property taxes waived.

The deadline for organizations to apply for permissive tax exemptions for 2027 is July 31.

Permissive tax exemptions must be applied for each year, and there’s no guarantee an organization will be granted one even if it received the exemption the previous year.

Organizations can apply for a tax exemption by filling out the online form and submitting it to the district. Physical copies can also be found at the municipal office.
