Housing prices, sales increasing in the North Okanagan
The housing market was more in favour of the seller in the North Okanagan last month.
The Association of Interior Realtors (AoIR) said the benchmark average prices for single family homes and for townhouses in the North Okanagan rose in June, though apartment and condominium prices declined.
- Single Family Homes – $784,500 in June, up 3.6 per cent monthly and up 0.4 per cent annually
- Townhouses – $591,600, up 4.3 per cent monthly and up 5.1 per cent annually
- Condos/Apartments – $318,1100, down 1.2 per cent monthly and down 2.2 per cent annually
There were a total of 186 housing sales in the North Okanagan in June, which was up from May’s 154 sales and up from the 177 sales in June of 2025.
