BC Hockey League teams will continue to use Bauer equipment.

The league has extended its partnership with Bauer for the next four seasons.

Under the deal, Bauer will remain the league’s equipment provider until the end of the 2027-28 season.

“Bauer has been a great partner of our league for quite some time now and we are excited to announce this extension of our partnership with them,” BCHL Commissioner Steven Cocker said. “They are a well-regarded and trusted brand at the highest levels of hockey and we look forward to continuing our working relationship and providing our athletes with top-of-the-line equipment for years to come.”

Bauer has been the BCHL’s equipment provider since the 2013-14 season.

“Bauer Hockey is extremely excited to continue the great partnership we have established with the BCHL and its member teams,” Justin Aikins, Bauer’s North American Team Sales Manager, said. “The BCHL continues to be recognized as one of the top junior leagues in North America and Bauer is proud to have the opportunity to continue to service its teams and players for another four years.”

Bauer was founded in 1927 by Roy Charles Bauer in Kitchener, Ontario, making skates.

Its headquarters are now in Exeter, New Hampshire, under parent company Peak Achievement Athletics, making hockey equipment, inline skates and ringette equipment.
