Fire At Oyama lake

A small fire has broken out on the northwest side of Oyama Lake.

A spokesperson with the BC Wildfire Service says three of its firefighters are working on it.

It started out as a grass fire and was last reported at 0.1 hectare in size.

It is believed to have been human caused, but the Wildfire Service can’t say if it was from a campfire.
