IIO Called To Sicamous RCMP Case
The Independent Investigations Office is now involved in an RCMP case in Sicamous.
The IIO was called after police arrested a man who allegedly threatened to kill himself.
The incident began just before 11:30 Tuesday morning when Mounties were called to a car wash on Maier Road where a man was reported to be threatening to stab himself with a knife.
When police arrived, they found the man with what appeared to be self-inflicted wounds.
