Police Probe House Fire Cause

RCMP in Armstrong are investigating the cause of a house fire on Paxton Valley Road, which was reported on Monday.

“On July 31, the Vernon-North Okanagan RCMP in Armstrong attended to a house fire in the 4000 block of Paxton Valley Rd,” says Cpl. Dan Moskaluk. “RCMP officers and local fire services attended to the fire. The house was not occupied at the time, but is lived in.”

RCMP investigators remain on the scene and are continuing their investigation into the cause.
