Arson Case Ends With No Charge

The Crown is not pursuing an arson case in Enderby.

A 72 year old man was arrested for arson after a woodshed fire on George Street last November.

The fire destroyed the shed and damaged a nearby truck but no one was injured.

After the arrest, police had recommended an arson charge.

“Crown Counsel did not approve charges in this matter. The file is now concluded,” says Cst. Jocelyn Noseworthy.
