Greens Choose Keli Westgate

The Provincial Green Party has nominated a candidate to run in Vernon-Monashee in the May Provincial election.

Keli Westgate, the Sales and Marketing Manager at Spa Hills Compost is taking her first shot at a political position.

The director with the Sustainable Environment Network Society has also worked with O’Keefe Ranch and in the communications and film industries.

She will battle incumbent Liberal MLA Eric Foster and Libertarian Party’s Don Jefcoat. The NDP have yet to declare a candidate.
