Missing Woman Located

Update: 8:30 a.m. Feb. 16:

Vernon RCMP have located a missing woman from our city who had not been seen since Tuesday.

29-year old Lorna Bostock who had recently moved here was been found safe and sound.

Police thank the public for their help in locating her.

Police say they are concerned about a missing woman from Vernon.

29 year old Lorna Bostock was reported missing Tuesday after last being seen near Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

“Police are greatly concerned for the health and well-being of Lorna,” says Cst. Jocelyn Noseworthy.

She is described as Caucasian, about five foot 3, 110 pounds, with blonde hair.

No photo has been provided to media.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the nearest RCMP detachment or CrimeStoppers (1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
