Update On Motorcycle Crash

RCMP say a motorcycle crash in the Vernon area Thursday produced only minor injuries.

Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says a bike went off Westside Road north of Lake Okanagan Resort.

Two people were taken to hospital by ambulance for non-serious injuries.

Saunderson says both people were wearing helmets and protective gear.

Despite reports of a medivac helicopter being at the site, Saunderson says that was not the case.
