Vernon Player Makes Olympic Team

Vernon’s Andrew Ebbett is one of 25 players named to the Canadian men’s Olympic hockey team.

Ebbett has been playing hockey in Europe which is the case for many of the Canadian team members with NHL’ers not taking part in South Korea this year.

Ebbett, a forward, plays for SC Bern of the Swiss National League.

Among the others chosen are Gilbert Brule, Linden Vey, Mayson Raymond, Derek Roy, and Ben Scrivens.
