KVR Trail upgrades

Upgrades are nearly finished on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail.

The Myra Station lot now has 60 more parking spots, plus 12 for buses and trailers.

Six new accessible washrooms were added near the Kelowna trailhead.

The $2.1 million dollar project began in 2021 and also included replacing and widening all 18 trestle decks in the Myra-Bellevue section.

That work wrapped up in summer 2024.
