Part of Trail Closed to Public

The lower section of BX Falls Trail will be closed starting Tuesday.

The Regional District of North Okanagan says it’s to allow for sediment to be removed by the City of Vernon.

The closure also includes the Star Road parking area, with the project expected to take 3 to 4 weeks.

“The Tillicum Road parking lot and upper portions of the trail will remain open to the public,” says Mike Fox, General Manager, Community Services.
