The nomination period for Kelowna's 2026 municipal election opens at 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 1st.Candidates have until 4 p.m. Sept. 11th to file their papers, with council hopefuls requiring 10 eligible nominators.Kelowna voters will elect a mayor, eight councillors and four school trustees on October 17th.
