40th annual Business Excellence Awards handed out

The Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce (GVC) celebrated local entrepreneurs, non- profits and businesses with it’s 40th annual Business Excellence Awards.

The awards, presented to a range of businesses in a number of categories, were handed out at a red-carpet style event at the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre Thursday, Oct. 25.

“The Chamber is proud and excited to celebrate our community’s business and non-profit achievements,” said DanProulx, GVC general manager.

“For 40 years these awards have been a testament to the dedication and passion of local entrepreneurs, professionals, and businesses that drive our region’s economy and this year’s list of winners are a shining example of that.”
