Armstrong and Spallumcheen chefs showcased in Big Cheese Challenge

The Big Cheese Chef Challenge is back.

And admit it, who doesn’t love a grilled cheese or mac and cheese?

Chefs in Armstrong and Spallumcheen are showcasing their culinary creativity by putting together bold grilled cheese sandwiches and elevated mac and cheeses in a local competition that runs through March 28.

People can visit the participating restaurants, taste their features, and cast their vote for the People’s Choice Award.
