Fall road work underway in BX/Silverstar

Over two-million dollars in paving, ditching and grading work will take place in Electoral Area C (BX/Silverstar) over the next few weeks.

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI) has approved paving of East Vernon Road between BX Elementary and Pottery Road and part of BX Road.

The first 100 metres of Sovereign Lake Road will be paved to Silver Star Road, and includes grading and ditching up to Sovereign Lake cross-country ski entrance gate.

Briggs Road will also be repaved.
