Water notice for Grindrod lifted

Tap water in Grindrod is safe to use without being boiled.

The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO), in collaboration with Interior Health, issued a precautionary boil water notice for the area on September 28 ahead of planned maintenance to the system.

The work has been completed, and the RDNO has rescinded the notice as bacterial testing results and disinfection levels are within normal drinking water standards..
