There were plenty of smiles at Vernon Jubilee Hospital, thanks to a generous donation.

Bannister GM Vernon donated one thousand Tim Hortons Smile Cookies to the VJH Foundation to be distributed to staff and patients.

The company says it’s their way to give back to the community, and say thanks.

“The Smile Cookie promotion from Tim Hortons is a great way to give back to our community, and the Vernon Jubilee Hospital is a great place to give them out. We hope it brightens up everyone’s day,” says Brad Nakucyj, General Sales Manager for Bannister GM Vernon. “Bannister GM Vernon appreciates everything that VJH Foundation and the hospital does for our community and this is just a small way we can give back and say thank you. Make sure to visit your local Tims to go get a smile and give one too!”

“Everyone was so happy receiving cookies today. It really brought a smile to everyone’s face,” says Lisa Westermark, VJH Foundation Executive Director. “A huge thank you to Bannister GM Vernon for their generosity. It truly made the day special for many people.”

Smile Cookies are available for purchase across all Tim Hortons locations until September 23. All proceeds from the local Tim Hortons are donated to VJH Foundation.
