“We don’t do freight, and our model, it’s really about the people, so the timing of the schedules are kind of related to how people travel. We don’t do overnights, we don’t do late nights or early mornings.”

He says their fares would be comparable to Greyhound.

“We’re still working on that, but I think the community can expect similar fares to what they’ve been used to.”

He says they will stop in communities in between the main cities by reservation.

“We’re about being efficient. We’re about catering to people and their needs, and focusing our schedules around when people want to move.”

Stepovy says says they haven’t secured any buildings in the sites, saying that has to wait until they get approvals.

Ebus is owned by Diversified Transport of Edmonton which has been servicing Alberta since 2011.
