Weather Delays Project

A City of Vernon project is on hold due to the weather.

A city news release says construction on 29 Avenue– 30 Street has been delayed due to thick frost in the road.

“The contractor is liaising with the local businesses to inform them that the new start date will be weather dependent.”

The road will be re-opened until such time as construction can begin.
