Dreamweavers Fundraiser For Fire Protection

The final count is in and Silver Star Dreamweavers says its fundraising dinner January 18th and external donations raised 16 thousand dollars.

The money is to go to a defensive Structure Protection Unit for the Silver Star Community..

The cargo trailer will be filled with sprinklers, hoses and pumps that can be set up on rooftops to protect from fire transfer due to floating embers.

Silver Star Dreamweavers is a non-profit society formed to support the Silver Star Community.

The fundraising dinner themed “Do You Believe in Magic” took place at the Chilcoot Centre catered by 1609 Restaurant.
