Info Sought On Sex Crime Suspect

RCMP have released a composite drawing of a sex crimes suspect from an incident in Kelowna during the summer.

Mounties say a 14 year old girl was coerced by a man to get into his vehicle on the night of July 26th.

He drove to a parking lot on Lawrence Avenue when an incident of sexual touching is said to have occurred.

“The suspect was described to police as a Caucasian male, 40 to 50 years of age, with dark hair, brown eyes and a scar on his left abdominal side,” says RCMP Cst. Jesse O’Donaghey. “He had reportedly been driving a dark coloured Hyundai, possibly an Elantra, with silver rims. The suspect was seen wearing beige khaki dress shorts and black shoes.”
