Police Say Potts Was Murdered

RCMP say foul play is believed to be a factor in the suspected murder of a North Okanagan woman.

27 year old Caitlin Potts of Enderby was last seen February 21st 2016, and her body has not been found.

Police believe Potts was killed somewhere in the Okanagan, and they’re hoping the public can help find her body as outdoor activities pick up, and people spend more time outdoors.

Investigators have released video surveillance images of Potts entering the Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna on the day she disappeared.

Officers say the video provides a visual reminder to the public what she looked like, and what she may have been wearing.

“Previous reports that she was traveling to Calgary, AB, have not been substantiated,” says RCMP Staff Sgt. Annie Linteau. “In the days leading up to her disappearance on February 21, 2016, POTTS had connections to Kelowna, West Kelowna, Armstrong, Salmon Arm and Enderby.”
