The BC Coroners Service has released the names of an Enderby couple who died in what police say was a murder-suicide.

69 year old Don Wayne Ball and his wife, 46 year old Treena Marie Ball, were found dead in their home on Spruce Crescent Nov. 18th.

Police say the evidence shows Mrs. Ball was murdered, and then Mr. Ball took his own life.

A firearm was recovered from the scene.

Police say the deaths of  two Enderby residents was a domestic related murder suicide

A 46 year old woman and 69 year old man were found dead last Friday at a home on Spruce Crescent on the Splatsin First Nations reserve.

Police say the two were married, and were the only residents of the home.

Their names have not been released.

Their bodies were found by family members who were checking on their well-being after the man had failed to show up for work.

Corporal Dan Moskaluk says a firearm involved in the incident, was recovered at the scene.

“Investigators have determined that there was no evidence to indicate third party involvement and no arrests are anticipated,” says Moskaluk.
