Bad Start For Motorcyclists This Weekend

Not a particular good weekend for motorcyclists so far with a couple of incidents reported.

Saturday morning a motorcyclist heading North on Hwy 97 found himself sliding into the back of a truck that slammed on his brakes to avoid hitting a deer.

The extent of his injuries are not known, but he was taken to hospital for observation.

Another situation involving a trip to the hospital, saw the passenger injured when a motorcycle was side swiped by a car on 27th. St and 43rd. Ave.
