Armstrong Upgrades Waste Water Equipment
The City of Armstrong is investing into its sewer system, to keep it running efficiently.
Mayor Chris Pieper says at a special meeting, council has approved 85 thousand dollars for a new back-up generator.
“If the power goes down in town, we have to have our waste management system working, so this is very important to our sewer system,” Pieper tells Kiss FM.
The mayor says the old generator is likely 40 years old.
