Amber Alert issued for missing West Kelowna child

People across B.C. are being urged to keep an eye out for an abducted child.

An Amber Alert was issued shortly after midnight Wednesday, July 22, for four-year old Ryan Atlas Andrew.

Police said the West Kelowna boy is 3′ tall and weighs 51 pounds. He has short brown hair and hazel eyes.

The suspect in the abduction case is Alisse Andrews, a 40-year old woman standing 5’4″ tall and weighing 121 pounds with dark brown hair and brown eyes.

The pair were possibly travelling in a black 2021 Nissan Qashqai SUV, licence plate RV003LD0.

Police said the suspect should not be approached and anyone who spots the child, woman or vehicle should call 911.
