Volunteers sought for affordable housing fundraiser at Vernon Sunshine Festival

People are being sought to help raise funds for affordable housing at Vernon’s summer kick-off event.

Habitat for Humanity is looking for volunteers to help out and sell raffle tickets at the Sunshine Festival Saturday, June 20.

All proceeds from the raffle will go towards building affordable housing projects in the Okanagan. People can get involved with the raffle sales online here.

The Sunshine Festival takes over six blocks of 32nd Avenue June 20, and gives people a space to explore vendor stalls, play outdoor games, and take in live music and entertainment.
