West Kelowna RCMP make arrests in March break and enter

West Kelowna RCMP say arrests have been made in connection with a break and enter at a local vape shop earlier this year.

Police say the incident happened March 25 just before 4 a.m. at Kelowna Vapor Lounge, when two suspects smashed a front window and entered the business for less than two minutes. Investigators say the pair stole multiple disposable vaping products before fleeing the scene.

Surveillance images were released to the public following the break-in, and police say tips from the community helped identify those involved. Officers have since confirmed two people have been arrested.

Both suspects have been released from custody and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date. RCMP say the investigation remains ongoing.
