RCMP are warning the public about a convicted sex offender who has now been released and is living in Kelowna.

Police said based on his criminal history, pattern of re-offending and risk assessment, 38 year old Graham Daniel Dodge poses a significant risk to adolescent males.

The Kelowna RCMP, in partnership with Probation Services and other policing units, will be actively monitoring his release conditions compliance and behaviour in the community.

In a media release Wednesday evening, Kelowna RCMP said Dodge was previously incarcerated on offences including Possession of Child Pornography and Sexual Interference.

Following a custodial sentence in 2024, he was released and subject to a court-ordered probation, which remains in effect until February 2027.

Following the release in 2024, he was subsequently re-arrested and taken into custody for Breaching a Probation Order.

Further investigation led to evidence he was in possession of child pornography, and the Kelowna RCMP recommended further charges.

On April 7, 2026, Dodge plead guilty and received a 37-month jail sentence which equated to time served.
