New look for SilverStar

One of the biggest tourist attractions in the North Okanagan, has unveiled a new logo.

Officials at SilverStar Mountain Resort call it an exciting milestone in the ongoing evolution of the resort’s brand.

“The fresh new look is a visual representation of both our mountain and our community; vibrant and dynamic, with a nod to the past and a step into the future,” Ian Jenkins, director of sales and marketing, said in a news release.

Jenkins said in the coming weeks, the resort’s digital footprint will take on a new look and feel, including their website, emails, and social media.

“Our colourful village won’t change, however we will take this opportunity to freshen up our mountain entry signage, improve our wayfinding and update our core village signage,” Jenkins stated.

The signage at the resort will continue to be updated through the upcoming winter and spring, with a goal to have everything transitioned by winter 2024-25.

SilverStar Mountain Resort is owned by POWDR, an adventure lifestyle company based out of Park City Utah, which acquired the property in 2019.
