Industrial development set for North End street in Kelowna
Jun 2, 2026 | 5:00 PM
More industrial development is expected in the North End of the City with council’s support for a change in zoning at Waldie Court.
That street – near Clement and Gordon – has some residential properties on it and about 40 per cent of the hilly terrain there does allow for further development.
The city says the land can be part of the industrial growth of the expanding North End. However, a large portion of the site is encumbered by a no-disturb covenant.
The matter will go to a public hearing.
