Vipers split weekend series with Cranbrook

The Vernon Vipers and Cranbrook Bucks both picked up two points in their weekend series at Kal Tire Place, after two close games.
The Vipers won 3-2 Friday night after JoJo Tanaka Campbell scored with 58 seconds left in regulation time, his second goal of the game, to win it for Vernon, their 10th win in their last 11 games.
A crowd of 1,405 was on hand for that contest.
On Saturday, the Bucks won 3-2, building up a 3-1 lead before Tanaka Campbell scored with 6 seconds left to pull the Vipers within one goal before a COVID sellout of 1,500 fans.
