Enderby Council adopted the city budget last night.
It brings a two per cent tax increase.
It works out to a tax increase of about 38 dollars on a home assessed at 237 thousand dollars.
Mayor Greg McCune says people in Enderby are satisfied with it.
” Didn’t hear a whole lot from the community in the public community. We typically hear from them day in day out.”
Much of the increase is needed for some infrustructure improvements and operating expenditures.
One million dollars is also included for phase one of the upgrade of Salmon Arm Drive.
