Vipers Force Game 7 in Series

In BCHL Interior Playoff action last night the Vernon Vipers didn’t disappoint the sold out crowd of 3,158 at Kal Tire Place, dominating the Penticton Vees 5-1.
Darion Hansen stopped 37 of 38 shots on net earning First Star on the night. Cooper Watson would score the eventual winner earning Second Star on the night. This forces a deciding game 7 in Penticton tomorrow night.
In the Coastal Series the Chilliwack Chiefs advanced to the Provincial Finals defeating Victoria 4-2, taking the series in 6 games.
In the WHL the Kelowna Rockets took game 2 of their series with Portland with a 5-2 win. going up 2 games to 0. The series now moves to Portland for games 3 and 4
