Second time lucky for lottery player
A Salmon Arm resident is thanking his dog for a second lottery win in the last few years.
Neil Piper won $500,000 in the Lotto Max Extra March 24, which he says he will use to buy a house.
Piper also won $100,000 a few years ago, and says he likes playing Lotto Max because it helps him remember his former dog whose name was Max.
He also bases his number choices on his former beloved pooch.
