Annual dancing fundraiser for hospice society goes Saturday

Dancers will take to the stage for the main end-of-life care fundraiser of the year this weekend.

The North Okanagan Hospice Society’s Dancing With the Vernon Stars gala will be held at Prestige Vernon Lodge Saturday.

Along with dance performances, the evening will feature a dinner, live and silent auctions, raffle draws and more.

The event is the main fundraiser for NOHS, which provides end-of-life care along with supports and services including Hospice at Home, and grief and bereavement programs.
