Area B and C candidates to share stage in all-candidates forum

Voters in Greater Vernon will get to hear from their candidates in a joint all-candidates forum ahead of the municipal election.

The BX Swan Lake Community Association will hold an event to hear from the candidates looking to represent RDNO Area B (Swan Lake / Commonage) and Area C (BX / Silver Star).

In Area B incumbent director Bob Fleming is running against Kevin Brown, while in Area C incumbent Amanda Shatzko will share a ballot with Rachel Enns.

The forum will take place at Cambium Cidery from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 4.
