Home price increases across North Okanagan

There have been some price increases for housing sales in the North Okanagan, which includes Vernon.

The Association of Interior Realtors says the benchmark price for a single family home was up 1.9 per cent at $782,100, compared to July last year.

Townhouses are up 3.2 per cent at $561,000, although condos dipped by almost half a percent to $316,200.

Active listings in the region are down 14 percent compared to this time a year ago.
