One person was sent to hospital with apparent minor injuries Tuesday morning following a two vehicle crash at the corner of 32 Avenue and 32 Street.
Vernon Fire Rescue arrived at the scene around 8:30 a.m. to find all the occupants already outside of their vehicles and standing on a nearby sidewalk.
“Upon arrival, firefighters found two vehicles were involved in a crash,” said Christy Poirier, City of Vernon spokesperson. “One person was treated for reported injuries at the scene and then transported to hospital by BC Ambulance Service.”
She said one of the vehicles involved sustained heavy front end damage.
