Delay in Vernon’s spring leaf clear bag pickup

Vernon’s spring leaf clear bag pick-up program is experiencing a slight delay, due to higher than normal volumes this year.

The program is currently one day behind normal garbage collection schedules, so if your regular collection day is Thursday, the bags are scheduled to be picked up Friday ( April 24).

If your regular collection day is Friday, clear bags will be picked up Monday (April 27).

The city apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your understanding.
